Stop speaking negatively

When you have such a negative conversation, you convince yourself that certain irrational ideas are real and true.
This is a real problem because it makes you sabotage yourself or stop trying, trying things out. Silencing negative self-criticism is very important and you need to start realizing it.

Stop criticizing and judging others

Stop dreading failure

Another way to be the best version of yourself is to surround yourself with people who make you feel better. When your friends and family speak to you positively and motivate you to achieve your goals, the path is easy and enriching.
If your friends and family are not making good company, then look for alternatives. Don’t leave your current friends completely left behind, but give yourself permission to meet new people who have good energies.
